My HP Envy 4512 starting acting crazy about a week ago. It started spitting out envelopes and saying the paper size did not match the print job, or something like that. This morning the printer screen is blank.
Steps I have taken:
1. unplugged printer. Removed cord from printer, unplugged from wall for 3 minutes, then pressed the power button for 30 seconds. Screen still blank.
2. tried adding printer and to install updated printer drivers, but cannot find printer on network.
3. tried using usb cord to add printer or install printer. Nothing.

I appreciate all your help, but I think the printer has died. I have a blue screen with no text on it at all. I kept it unplugged for a few days. When I plugged it back in, It has the same clear screen. When I try to install drivers, the software cannot find the printer. It kept turning on and off for days, then I got the message about the mismatch of paper size. I have already tried everything that I could find on the HP Help website.
