HP Envy 4512
Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

My HP Envy 4512 will not print the black ink and its almost brand new it worked at first when i replaced it but then i didnt use it for about a month and now it wont print and the ink level is almost full. Ive tried cleaning it, realigning it but that wont work because the paper is blank, ive tried status reports, and quality reports and nothing is working and it doesnt expire til the year 2020. I dont want to go out and pay the money for a new one incase its the printer i just dont have money to waste on it so i need to know if its the cartridge or the printer itself. Also when it was working when i would print a picture off that was kind of a darker picture it wouldnt dry nomatter if you left it for a month it still never dried so i dont know if maybe theres something wrong with my printer. These things aint cheap and i dont wanna have to buy a new one every time it runs out of warranty, so please help me with these ink issues.
