I have an HP Envy 4520 printer.
I am trying to print an alignment page and every time I do, it comes out with only blue lines. I attached a pic. And if I try to print any other page, it comes out with super light grey lines no matter what color it's supposed to be. I have already replaced both color and black cartridges...checked the ink levels and they are full. I already tried to unplug the printer, wait 60 seconds, plugged it back in, printed a new page and EXACT same thing. This is so frustrating.

Print a quality diagnostic report, does it look like the one in step #8 of this link?

Hi 8lives,
No it does not look like the diagnostic report in the link you sent. It's missing quite a bit of stuff. Here is a pic of my printout. What does this mean?
No color labels, the box is not completely visible and no writing

Hi, did you ever figure out what the issue with the printer was? I have replaced both the black and color in cartridges in the printer, ran the alignment paper through. Every time the printer comes on, it requests to align the cartridges.
I have cleaned smears, cleaned the cartridge head, etc through tools numerous times. It prints out blank pages when asked to do so in black and white. I printed out my tax forms in “color” and it printed them in a blue grey hue.
