I have a new HP Envy 4520 that I am trying to connect to a MAC (OS X 10.11.6). Both devices show connected to wireless. I can ping both device's IP addresses from another PC connected to the router. Problem is that when open Printers&Scanners on the MAC, it says that no printers are available. I've reset both the router and the printer. Nada. Any suggestions?
