Hi Sandy,

Thank you so much for your reply and help.  I believe that even though my printer shows low ink, it's actually out of ink.  I do belong to the InstantInk program, but for some reason I'm not getting the ink mailed to me.  I have to find out about that.  In the meantime, is there any way you can email me the troubleshooting manual you sent me[EDIT] That would be a great help for future issues.

Thanks again for all your help and getting back to me so quickly.

@Poppy13

Welcome to HP forums, I see that your printer is printing blank pages.

  • Did you make a copy and check if that prints fine?

Meanwhile:

Print a Print Quality Diagnostic report.

  1. Make sure to load the input tray with plain, white paper.

  2. On the printer control panel, swipe the display to the left, and then touch Setup.

  3. Touch Tools.

  4. Swipe up on the display, and then touch Print Quality Report.

    A Print Quality Diagnostic report prints.

Let me know how it prints for further troubleshooting steps.
