My HP Envy 4520 printer won't print any ink. I've changed to brand new ink cartridges. The printer pulls paper and the cartridges move as if they were printing, but no ink on the pages. I've cleaned the print heads. I've run diagnostics. I've tried to print the diagnostic page but it comes out blank.
I don't know how to troulbeshoot this problem any further. Anyone have any suggestions?

I have reviewed your post and I understand, the printer is printing blank pages. Don't worry I'm here to help.
To better assist you -
1) Are you experiencing the same issue while making a copy as well?
2) Have you tried giving print job from a different device?
In the meantime, let's try these steps -
Step#1 Printer Reset -
1) Take out the cartridges.
2) Unplug the power cord from the printer & wall.
3) Wait for 30 seconds.
4) Plug the power cord back into the printer and wall, ensure the printer is plugged into the wall & not to a surge protector.
5) Insert the cartridges back into the printer.
Step#2 Update the printer's firmware -
On the printer's control panel, touch Setup > Preferences > Web Services > Printer Update.
a) If you are prompted to sign up or accept terms of service, follow any on-screen instructions to enable Web Services and set up automatic updates. This procedure sets up the printer's Internet connection so it can receive updates.
b) If the printer does not automatically start the update process, select Check for Updates or a similar menu to start the update.
Step#3 Try cleaning the ink cartridges - Refer to step# 3, 4 and 5 from this link.
If the issue still persists I have sent you a Private Message with the troubleshooting steps specific to your printer.
