HP Envy 4520

A couple of times when printing,  I was able to select "Print with Narrow Margins" before printing.  Now, I no longer get that option, and all of my pages have material cut off of them.  I have removed and reinstalled the driver, but nothing has seemed to help...even when the margins in Adobe and Word show 1", it is barely showing (if it does at all) the text near the side of the pages.  Please help!

  • Which Operating system is installed on your computer?

On a MS word document :

  • Open Word>Choose Page Layout on the ribbon>Choose Paper>Print Options>Advanced>Print
  • Scroll down to "Scale Content for A4 or 8.5x11 inch paper size".
  • Make sure "Scale Content for A4" is unchecked.
  • Try to print. If the issue persists, proceed to the next step.
