Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi, I have an issue with the print quality of my HP Envy 4523 All-in-One printer. It was all printing fine and them I turned it on last week and the print quality is shocking. It won't print Black it just prints a very light grey and the colours print as if they are faded. I have attached photos below. I have done all of the cleaning, alignment and on screen tests etc to try and get the colours back. I updated the drivers and the firmware on the printer. After I done the firmware update it printed a page (as shown) with the colours looking back to normal, I then printed another quality test print and it remained faded and without any of the black test. There is still a quarter of the black ink left and basically a full colour cartridge (All genuine HP).

Any ideas?

Kind Regards,

Emma
