Hello,
my Envy 4525 only prints in black/white/grayscale.
I tried using the cleaning tools in the software several times.
I cleaned the inks manually very carefully.
I have no color in printing and copying.
What can I do?
Any help is appreciated!

Thank you for being a part of HP Forums,
It’ll be an honor to guide you through the steps needed to identify your concern and/or address your query.
To diagnose the missing color issue, print a Print Quality Diagnostic report from the printer control panel, then evaluate the results.
-
Make sure to load the input tray with plain, white paper.
-
On the printer control panel, swipe the display to the left, and then touch Setup
.
-
Touch Tools.
-
Swipe up on the display, and then touch Print Quality Report.
A Print Quality Diagnostic report prints.
If the color is missing on the print quality report, try the steps suggested in the following document: Click here
If you have already tried all the steps in the suggested document and issue persists, I suggest calling our HP tech support for the replacement cartridge.
