my printer keeps giving an ink compatibility error despite the cartridges being the original HP cartridges provided with the printer.  I am unable to print despite turning the power on and off and cleaning the cartridge contacts.  We are paying for the instant ink but haven't received any as we are not using the printer.  I need to use it as soon as possible but don't really want to have to go and buy any new cartridges.  the online report claims it is the colour cartridge but the actual printer is now saying the mono is to blame and won't print a status report saying that the printer is busy.  We have hardly used the printer so are a bit annoyed!
