Product: HP Envy 4527
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Not really impressed with this new printer. Trouble setting it up but have finally got it printing except for double sided.

Printer properties show; 

Automatic Duplexing unit : installed

Any idea what is wrong

Did you actually install printer software and driver to your computer or not ?  Please download an run the following tool (for Windows computers only):

      http://ftp.hp.com/pub/printers/hppsdr/HPPSdr.exe

It may fix the problem for you. If not, post back full error message(s).

Thanks for your very prompt reply and advice. I seem to have ended up with two HP4527 printers installed but trial and error gets it working included double sided. Many thanks
