Hello,
I just bought a new HP ENVY 4527 printer and followed all the setup instructions to set it up but I am still unable to print !
I made one sucessful test print, but the next day I was unable to print. I use a public wifi network (with password) for my mac book to get to the internet, so I thought maybe its a wifi issue so I got a USB cable and now neither wifi nor usb will work !
In running the HP Easy Start app I kept getting a dialogue box saying my printer was offline (both wifi and usb)
I uninstalled the printer and then re-installed it and now using the USB connection I am trying to print the test page from the HP Easy Start app and since 25 minutes the printer dialogue box says "opening printer connection"...
And yes I have tried re-starting my computer, re-starting the printer etc...
Also when I go into the printer diagnostics settings I am able to print (via USB) the printer diagnostics showing ink levels etc. but strangely I cannot print the test page...
Any help ?
Thanks,
Nicholas
