Really struggling with my Envy 5010 printer: any time I want to print to the Envy from my Pavilion, it shows as offline despite both being connected to the same wifi and both switched on. Previously, switching the printer off and on again has fixed the issue, but that's no longer working. On top of that, the Print and Scan Doctor seems to take forever/hang (currently on 35mins and counting... it's still "communicating" and the printer has gone back into standby mode in the meantime). It worked fine when I first set it up, but now it's not fit for purpose. Please help.
