HP Envy 5030 Prints Blank Pages but Ink Cartridges are OK. The cartridges have ink and are fairly new. Nothing at all comes out on the paper, although the printer head moves as though it is actually printing the job.

Same result from Windows PC and mobile phone.

I see that the printer is printing blank pages. Make sure you are using HP inks.

insert one ink cartridge at a time and try printing to identify the defective ink cartridge. 

Kindly perform the steps mentioned in this document - No black ink, wrong colors, other print quality issues

Clean the ink cartridges up to 2 times, and print a test page to check the result.
