Product: HP Envy 5055
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

I have tried multiple times to download the HP Envy 5055. I downloaded the software from HP. I have gone through all of the prompts. The scanner works because I tested it, but when I pull up the printers under the computer set, it says Drive is Unavailable,

 

I have uninstalled and reinstalled multiple times.

 

Please advise.

Welcome to the HP Support Community. I'd be happy to assist you.

 

Run HP Print and Scan Doctor to diagnose and fix any driver issue

Click here to download the file. Once downloaded, make sure to run the file to start the installation and click on 'Fix printing'.

If the issue persists, proceed to the next step.

 

Use HP Smart app to print and scan from your PC

Click here to download and know more about the app. Try printing and scanning.

I tried all that and it still says driver is unavailable.
