HP ENVY 5055 All-in-One Printer

A few days after installing new ink cartridges for Envy 5055, my printer lost internet connect and its connection to my Instant Ink account. In the midst of trying to fix it myself, I clicked the button to manually setup. Now, the printer screen is frozen on the screen that says, “Cartridge cannot be used until printer is enrolled in HP Instant Ink.” I have had the subscription for four years now and never had an issue. I had checked and my credit card has not expired. If I open the tray or the printer, it will change screens, but immediately goes back to the prior screen. It does this with the older cartridges that used to work as well. Hard resetting the printer has not fixed the problem either. Using the HP printer diagnostic app, the program also cannot connect to the printer over any wireless network. It appears the printer is locked in a state where it can’t connect online, but wont allow me to use the printer to try and reconnect it to the network. Any help is greatly appreciated!
