Product: HP ENVY 5055 All-in-One Printer

Printer stuck after 2 lights on during boot up process. Have disconnected power and restarted numerous times with no success. Found instructions to do a hard reset but that requires removing print cartridges which cannot be done until printer finishes the start up. Also found other advice to update firmware. Again, since printer won't complete startup that is not an option.

 

Any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks
