I, like so many others, am having an issue where my printer loading screen is stuck on a full loading bar with 2 dots underneath. Can I get help with the magic reset instructions please? This is the only product I've owned that I cannot find reset instructions for online.

Do not worry, I'd be happy to help you!
This could also be a hardware issue.
However, let's perform a semi-full reset to restore the printer back to its original settings.
The reset instructions are specific to your printer and performing those steps on a different printer may brick the device.
I've sent you a private message with reset instructions, follow the reset instructions to perform a full reset and re-initialize the printer.
