HP Envy 5055 wont print or copy

My hp envy 5055 is has only been used a few times & sat on shelf in closet 4 last 3 to 6 months now it wont print or copy ive realigned & cleaned cartridges cleaned smears & color ink is 3/4 full & black ink is half full never had problem b4 till it sat up 4 these months how can i get it 2 print or copy ink on page instead of getting blank pages i dk how

I understand you are facing a print quality issue.

If you have already performed the steps from the document Black or Color Ink Not Printing, Other Print Quality Issues and the issue persists, it could be a hardware failure.

Please reach out to HP Support in your region regarding the replacement options for your printer cartridges/printer.

If you are having trouble navigating through the above options, it's most likely because the device is out of warranty. If yes? please send me a private message with the region you are contacting us from. Check next to your profile name, you should see a little blue envelope, please click on it.
