HP ENVY 5530 e-All-in-One Printer
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi!

I have a HP ENVY 5530 printer that has been working totally fine until very recently. We started getting several paper jams as we were trying to print things and finally had gotten that resolved but then a new error: Cartridge Jam which says the following:

The print carriage cannot move. Open the ink cartridge access door, clear any paper jam or obstruction, ensure ink cartridge levers are lowered and snapped into place.

The issue is that there is nothing to clear, the cartridges are the correct ones and correctly installed with all levers lowered and snapped into place, and the carriage can actually move. I've tried every reset possible, including the hard reset, and still can't print. These are also brand new print cartridges in the printer (replaced the old ones about a week before this issue arose) and this printer is used with a wireless internet connection. I don't know where to go from here - the printer was working totally fine and now I can't print anything because I can't clear the Cartridge Jam error. Also tried the HP Print and Scan Doctor but that wasn't any help either because of this error.
