Hi,

I bought a HP Envy 5530 all in one printer while I was in the US for which I was using the HP 61 ink cartridges there.  I have recently moved to India and purchased HP 802 cartridges which were recommended by HP India for that printer model. When I replaced with those cartridges, I get a message that those are incompatible. I found out online that I have to request regionalization reset from HP, but couldn't get hold of any one yet. 

Can I get support from HP to reset my printer to work in India?...  I have the necessary details like printer serial number, new cartridge serial numbers for the reset codes.
