HP Envy 5530
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My HP Envy 5530 printer prints on normal copy paper just fine, and it will print on smaller sized 5 by 7 HP Advanced Photo Paper and 4 by 6 HP Everyday Photo Paper, but when I load 8.5 by 11 letter size Hp Premium Plus Photo Paper for printing photos, the printer grabs the paper and begins to print, and it turns and turns inside, but the paper will not move thru the printer. The photo is printed on a sliver of the paper, over and over, until I cancel and then I have to pull the paper thru myself, the printer can't even pass it through.

I looked at a previous answer and I looked at the specifications for paper for my HP Envy, and I can't find anything about the photo paper it can handle. It just says that it is capable of printing 8.5 by 11 paper sizes.

Is the printer broken or just unable to print on HP Premium Plus photo paper?

The HP Premium Plus paper is too heavy for your printer.

The "Premium" paper exceeds the maximum allowed / supported weight for Photo Paper.
