Hello, 

 

I am having trouble with the HP Envy 5535 not printing on cardstock. I have had this printer for a few years and have never had an issue printing on cardstock before. It is to correct weight for the printer. I have tried multiple ways to fix this and it is still not working. It is printing on regular paper and labels, just not the cardstock.

Don't worry as I'll be glad to help, I appreciate your efforts to try and resolve the issue. 
Use this guide to make sure that you're loading the paper correctly and selecting the correct print settings:  HP ENVY, DeskJet Printers - Printing Photos.
 

And, also try to print a self-test page: Printing Self-Test Pages
