Product: HP Envy 5540
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Printer was working with Windows 10 but had to reinstall windows 10 again and when reinstalling the printer it now only prints in black and white. I have reinstalled several times (connecting via USB and wireless) and no success

Resolved - Uninstall all software and drivers downloaded from HP website and just connect printer to laptop and let windows get the driver automatically
