I have performed all the tests available, and installed a new ink cartridge. A4 colour printouts on normal paper are fine. It is only the photos that are not printing and we've only had the problem since using this paper. Numerous attempts have produced at best three quarters of the photo printed out, and at best just a quarter.  Has anyone else had the same problem? Would it be solved by reverting to HP Photopaper?

The Rymans photo paper weight might not be supported by the printer.

Most printers will gladly print on HP Advanced Photo paper (250 gsm).
