Since a few days ago my printer stopped working. It constantly shows the blue screen with the Power sign and the code "C8190200". It does not react to anything apart from power button. The power button restarts the printer and the same blue screen appears again. Anything I can do before throwing it away? How can I do a hardware reset?

After reviewing the printer carefully I've found a coin in the SD slot. After removing it the printer returned back to life. I've returned the coin to the child who decided to feed the printer with coins. :generic:

I'll be honest, I glanced at this issue and thought, no it can't be. We had the same error message. Could hardly find any support on HP, but your fix worked! Our youngest must have done the same! HP, add it to your database on the Virtual Agent please!

Thank you Romanab
