I have HP Envy 5660 all in one printer for a few years and for some reasons it's not printing black ink. I think the color ink is fine and printing. For some reasons, I always seem to have a problem with black ink not printing once a while. When I checked the estimated ink level, both color and black inks level are the same like they both have 1/3 left. I've done maintenance, smear, and clean cartridge. However, the blank ink portion is not printing. Any ideas what steps I need to take to resolve this issue? By the way, the color and blank inks were purchased from HP website and they are genuine parts so no compatibility issue. It's just odd that the blank ink was printing sometimes ago and now it's not. FYI, I don't print frequently maybe once a month or even longer. Also, I don't think my printer is broke because it seems to work fine like scanning and etc. I was thinking about buying new blank ink to replace but i wanted to check here first before i do that. Any help will be appreciated!
