I bought an HP printer on 12/11/2022 when my last one broke and could not be repaired. I signed up for the instant ink program. Early in December I tried to print some things for the holidays and the prints had the wrong coloration. I tried to clean printheads and I tried to do an alignment and they both came back blue. I was due for a new color cartridge so I waited. Then I got the new color cartridge installed and it was the same problem. I chatted since it is "the fastest option" and the chat rep went through all the troubleshooting and then told me that my printer is unfixable and I need to buy a new one. I bought this printer two years ago. Do your printers only work for one year!? I was upset about this and he gave me a number to call but then swiftly disconnected the chat so I couldn't even call it or keep the transcript. So let's see.
1. Faulty printers that break as soon as they are out of warranty.
2. ***bleep*** and ***bleep*** staff.
HP is the worst. I cannot wait for someone to reply or better yet delete m

This is the most ridiculous printer to setup on wifi. The setup asks for password for connecting to the wifi but when adding it, it didn't work. I messed around with it for hours only to find out the request is not for the password which shows on the page for that request, but for the NAME of the network. HP needs to change that request from password to network name. Horrible. It also loses wifi connection if the power goes off and you have to run through the hoops again to get it on line again. And the fact that during the setup you have to press the I button (information button) so the printer knows you are at the printer is another foolish request.
