HP Recommended

My HP Envy 6000 is not printing all the text.

It is missing lines of text - cuts the line in half.

This happened when I changed the cartridge. I have done the alignment twice.

I did a test page and alignment page. I printed a 'Print Quality Diagnostic' and went through the steps, no change.

 

What else can I do so that it will print? I have had no issues up until now.

I can't ring during work hours, so don't know how I am going to fix this.
