HP Envy 6022 ink jet printer. All lights are flashing and I have tried all suggested by HP who tell e I am one year out of guarantee so they cannot help with advice. The error is " cartridge carriage stalled "

When all lights on your HP Envy 6022 inkjet printer are flashing and you're seeing a "Cartridge error" or "Cartridge stalled" message, it typically indicates an issue with one or both of the ink cartridges. To resolve this problem, you can try the following steps/
- Turn off the printer: Press the power button to turn off the printer and disconnect the power cord from the back of the printer. Wait for about 30 seconds.
