Hi

 

My printer has suddenly stopped working - it is displaying and error code E6 and the amber warning LED's, both internally adjacent to the ink carts and externally by the edge of the paper tray and edge of scanner are flashing. 

 

The HP Smart App is telling me that the printer is ready and available but clearly it is not.

Earlier, when I first opened the Smart App, it indicated a "Cartridge OR Account" problem but this seems to have cleared.
