HP Envy 6055 prints blank pages

Hello,

I've spent the last hour and a half trying to figure out why my HP Envy 6055 is only printing blank sheets.

I have uninstalled it, uninstalled the drivers multiple times, and reset it every which way and it still doesn't work.

I've had the HP "Smart" program tell me there is no problem whatsoever, and have attempted to reinstall drivers multiple times.

I spent $100 dollars on something that seems a lot like a brick, I've tried everything that I've been able to find that would help with this and it's still not working. What is wrong with this, and what do I need to do to get this thing up and working?

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to assist you.

I see that you are facing an issue with print quality on your Printer.

Make a copy on the printer standalone and let me know if you have the same issue. (Place an original document on the scanner glass and make a copy to confirm hardware failure)

Kindly refer to the steps on this link and let me know if that fixes the issue.
