Hi @DanishDaniel,

Welcome to the HP Support Community! I'd like to help!

I have a few recommendations

  • If your printer's status displays "Printer in error state," there may be a problem with the printer itself. Make sure the printer is turned on and connected to your PC by Wi-Fi or cable. Check it for low paper or ink, and be sure the cover isn't open and the paper isn't jammed.
  1. Ensure the Printer Is Properly Connected to Your PC. The first thing to verify is your printer's connection with your PC.
  2. Reboot the Printer.
  3. Verify the Paper and Cartridge Ink Levels.
  4. Reinstall the Printer Drivers.
  5. Automate the Print Spooler Service.

Hope this helps! Keep me posted.

So the printer is almost brand new. I know there is enough ink etc. I have reinstalled and reset the drivers and printer and it’s connected to the wifi.
