Product: HP ENVY 6055e All-in-One Printer

I know my OS;  it just doesn't show up here.  I am working on a Mac Studio M1 running Mac OS 15.

 

My HP 6055e printer just won't print.  I have tried all suggested remedies, turned it off and on, unplugged all devices and reconnected, printer is connected to the Internet, Diagnose & Fix came up empty, and -- most aggravating of all -- it prints out a perfect "Printer Information Report" that tells me "Printer Cannot Print."  That makes this about 4 times more aggravating.
