HP Envy 6230 Custom page size borderless printing issue

Hi,

I have a HP Envy 6230 printer that does both borderless printing and custom page sizes, however I can't get it to do both at the same time.

When I follow the instructions I get the following error message about the PPD.

I've also tried not specifying the printer from the non-printable area section - this does then allow me to set the margins to zero, but the printer then ignores them when I print.

In addition I've also tried ticking the print borderless box below - this hasn't worked either.

Has anyone got a clue as to what I'm doing wrong?

Hi,

Borderless printing can be done on select paper sizes only, not on any custom paper size.

What you would like to achieve on a custom paper size cannot be achieved, you do have some minimum margins for a such.
