My printer, not even a year old, has started printing with streaks, as if there is a piece of paper stuck somewhere causing streaks. There is still ink available (which should just print lightly if it's running out, not streaking) so I have no idea. I ran a test page and again with black streaks. I can't find online anywhere to fix this, nor on the printer itself. Help!!!!

A warm welcome to HP Support Community!
Most of the print quality issues can be resolved by power resetting the printer and then performing an automated/manual cleaning. Here is how to do it:
Please ensure the printer is up-to-date with its firmware. If you are unsure, you can use the steps available here to update the printer firmware.
1) Make sure this printer is plugged into a direct wall, not a surge protector
2) Remove all of your ink cartridges from the printer and close the door
3) Remove the power cord from the back of the printer (Do no press the power button)
4) Manually clean the area around the ink nozzles, refer to step 13 from this document.
5) Plug the power cord back into the printer
6) Wait for the printer to turn on completely, then install the ink cartridges.
7) On the printer control panel, touch the Setupicon.
😎 Swipe up on the display, touch Tools, and then touch Clean Page Smears.
9) Touch Clean Page Smears or Clean Smear.
10) On the control panel, touch the Setupicon.
11) Swipe up on the display, touch Tools, and then touch Clean Cartridges. Touch Yes when prompted to perform the next level of cleaning.
12) On the printer control panel, touch the Setupicon.
13) Swipe up on the display, touch Tools, and then touch Align Cartridges. Follow the onscreen instructions to complete the alignment.
