Product: HP Envy 6400
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have a HP Envy 6400 Series printer.  I can print Word Documents, test sheets, etc.  But I can't print anything from the internet.  The printing queue says it's printing, but nothing comes out, and it just sits in queue under "printing" status.

Which browser are you using? Do try another browser as this looks like a browser issue.
