HP Envy 6400e.

My new HP Envny 6400e printer it will print in color for photos. will print in color for test page, But will not print color for documents. No color selection visible to choose from drop down menu, just black and white.  I updated my drivers, but no color. My iMac is a 2016. My husband's 2020 iMac will print documents in color. Any ideas?

Update or Reinstall Printer Driver:

• Since you have already updated the drivers, ensure that it is correctly installed. You might want to uninstall the printer driver and then reinstall it to ensure that there are no corrupted files causing this issue.

Check the Application's print settings.

I deleted the printer and re-installed it. Now it works perfectly. Thanks for your help.
