HP ENVY 6432e All-in-One Printer

I have recently changed my wifi network provider. Went to print some documents and realised I had to connect the printer to the new wifi (flashing purple light patterns and then E9 code) - followed all the online help support documents (remove printer from app and add again, restart router, etc.). Called tech support and 2 days of trying to help me; advising to connect to the HP wifi option and then try and get to a site 192.168.223.1 to reset the printer, but every time I do it goes to a website called welcome to nginx! Tech support confirmed that's not the right site, asked me to try on other devices; 3 Iphones, 1 Samsung, 2 Mac laptops - still not working.

After all this the tech support said we've tried everything you need to buy a new printer?! I've had it for 3.5 years and hardly used it, it was working fine a month ago before I changed my internet provider - and now it won't find the printer to add when we search for it in the app - and that's the advice - shocked and still complaining to tech support I won't buy a new one, they need to sort it, as what happens if I change my wifi provider again, I have to buy a new printer - ridiculous, never heard of it.

Anyone help on what I should try that isn't on all the help forums/guides and videos?

Thanks,

Pete

E9 error code is an update error.  If you did a firmware update and it failed then that can be a major problem.  Try the reset.

Thanks first of all for trying to help - appreciate it.

I've tried all of those things and some I can't try:

You may need to reset the printer: Click here - this one requires the printer to be on the app to reset it, I followed the first instructions from HP Support to hide the printer, so now I can't get it back.

I did manage to get the E-9 code away for a bit, with purple light in static middle pattern - but then none of the instructions work again and after a while E-9 comes back. It's still not finding the printer on any of my devices on my new wi-fi network.

HP Support today told me to call my wi-fi provider and get them to spilt the band to 2.4hertz and try the 192.681.223.1 - but this isn't working - I have a feeling their link is not working as I've tried on several devices and when my internet provided asked me to go to 192.168.1.1 it works - so I'm thinking there 192.681.223.1 is faulty - can anyone try and see if it takes them to their hp site?
