This printer has printed for a few years with no problem. Just recently the information light has been on solid yellow and HP Smart says it cannot print but with no additional information. Network information shows I'm connected to the internet.Printer information just shows cannot print. I tried to go to to my account on the www.support.hp.com with no success. And www.hpsmart.com told me to print a claim code but I can't print one out. I've restarted my computer and router. I tried to uninstall my printer from the HP Smart App. Nothing has worked to fix this problem. HP I need you to provide a fix for this.

I see that you are facing printer issues.
I suggest you reinstall the driver and connect the printer to check if that fixes the issue.
You can follow the steps under this link to uninstall.
