HP Recommended

The HP Envy 6458e prints the Printer Information Report page but not text documents such as Word, PDF, or Excel files.  The problem is not the printer cartridges because the Printer Information Report page prints fine.  All Windows and Printer Software/Firmware are up-to-date.  The printer is connected wirelessly (Wi-Fi) on a Windows 10 PC.  Has anyone experienced the same or similar issues and how did you resolve the issue?  - Thank you.
