When i print a document over wifi, print request is sent and the printing document message appears on the printer LCD screen but the printer stays in that state and nothing prints off on paper. if you try to cancel the print job on the printer screen, the cancel button is frozen and have to power off printer. Been working fine up until now

@Lappers, Welcome to HP Support Community,
Thank you for posting your query; I’m here to help by guiding you through steps to resolve this issue
If your HP Envy 6532e All-in-One Printer is stuck at "printing document" and doesn't print over Wi-Fi, there are several steps you can take to troubleshoot the issue:
Network Connection:
- Ensure that your printer is correctly connected to your Wi-Fi network. Check whether the router is functioning properly and that the printer is within range.
- Use the printer's control panel to verify network settings.
Cancel Stuck Print Jobs:
- From your computer, open the printer queue and cancel any pending jobs. This helps clear any obstructed or frozen print jobs.
Restart Printer:
- Power off the printer completely. Wait for a few seconds, then power it on again. This can reset the print spooler and clear any hanging tasks.
Update Printer Firmware:
- Ensure your printer's firmware is up to date. Visit HP’s official website to check for any available updates.
Check Printer Driver:
- Verify that the correct printer driver is installed on your computer. You can download and reinstall the latest drivers from the HP support website.
Printer Settings:
- Check the printer settings on your computer to make sure the correct printer (HP Envy 6532e) is selected.
Test Printing:
- Try printing a test page directly from the printer or using your computer. This can help determine if wireless printing is the issue.
Reset Network Settings:
- If persistent issues remain, consider resetting the network settings on the printer. This can be done via the control panel or the printer software.
I hope this helps.
Please feel free to reply here if you have any questions or if you need further clarification on any of the steps.
