Facing the same boot up problem others have where the printer won’t progress past the boot screen. I’ve tried all the reboot options and removed power cable press and hold power button for 15 seconds. Nothing works.
Is there another hard reset option?

Welcome to the HP support community.
I understand that you want to reset the printer to factory defaults, I am glad to assist you.
You might have to perform a semi-full reset on the printer to fix this issue.
The reset instructions are specific for your printer and performing those steps on a different printer may brick the device.
