Hello All,
I have a HP Envy Photo 7155 that is around 1 yr old. Out of nowhere is started to display the error message C4EB8024 on a blue screen while all the other lights flash. HP hardware detector will not detect printer even when plugged in via USB
I've tried to suggested steps of powering off for 30 seconds, and also removing the cartridges and unplugging. None have worked so far. Is there any other suggestions?

I understand that you are getting a C4EB8024 error on the printer, I am glad to assist you.
You might have to reset the printer.

Hi,
Step 1 Printer Reset -
1) Take out the cartridges.
2) Unplug the power cord from the printer & wall.
3) Wait for 30 seconds.
4) Plug the power cord back into the printer and wall, ensure the printer is plugged into the wall & not to a surge protector.
5) Insert the cartridges back into the printer.
Step 2 Update the printer firmware - Refer to this link for steps.
