Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I'm pretty furious! I have an Envy Photo 7155. It is printing faint white lines across my photos. Please no advice on the millions of printer maintenance routines I should go thru, because I already have and NONE of it changed a thing. I also went and purchased new ink. I removed the driver and reinstalled! Nothing works. Printed paper in black and white and color have NO visible streaks or missing pigment. However, if I print a photo to regular white paper, you can see the streaks thru the color photo.  I'm begging for help. I have a memorial coming and I need to fix this problem ASAP!! HELP!!!!

 

BTW - other people have posted this problem but I have yet to find a solution!!!

I understand that need to know that print black and white print will the color cartridge is also used.

Request you to follow the below troubleshooting steps from the document fix:-

 

Print a Print Quality Diagnostic report
