HP Recommended

For over a year, the printer would not print straight on a page. I cleaned it, did the alignment procedure, stacked the paper tray full and nothing corrected the problem. On the HP forum, someone mentioned to remove and reseat the duplexer. I opened the printer, pulled up on the white handle near the back. I reseated it, did the align cartridges step and printed another page. THIS CORRECTED THE PRINTING ALIGNMENT PROBLEM. Something this simple fixed the problem...unreal!
