Upgraded from an older Lexmark Office Pro printer to this new Envy 7155. The printer prints fine with all my other programs Except for Labels unlimited 2.0. The program printed fine on the old printer but now the new printer wont print. Windows gives a generic message fault . Error Printing on HP Envy 7155, Printer couldnt print. After I get the message I clear the document que and try other programs and they work fine. Im assuming if I reload the program Labels Unlimited it may fix the problem. I cant do that because I cant locate the install disc. Is there any other solution I could try?

Yes Thats what I have been doing. Print to PDF then print throught Acrobat reader the PDF file.
I think I figured it out. The Printer uses a WSD printer port. I added a TCP/IP printer port and added the Printers IP #. This worked. I was able to print from the program labels Unlimited.
The printer is hooked to my network via WiFi with a Static IP#

Have you tried to run the program in compatibility for Windows 7?
