HP Envy 7640 keeps printing same document

HELP!  I printed out a 30pg document & my HP Envy 7640 keeps printing the same document out non-stop.  I cannot stop it.  I tried to do a hard re-set but that didn't work.  I unpluggest the plug from the back of the printer while it was on & then unpluged the plug from the wall outlet. I waiting over a minute, then I repuluged everything & copied a document, and then the same document keeps printing out.  It's a wireless connection.  Any suggestions????  I'm trying to figure out what to do!  Thank you so much in advance for any help

Are you using Windows or Apple on your computer?

We have the exact same problem - only way to stop printing is remove all the paper and turn the printer off.  We are also running wirelessly on a Windows laptop.  Please any suggestions?
