I save a copy off my XXXX, which includes Yelow highlighting of some words/phrases. When I print out the saved file, the highlighted Yellow is printed out in Red.
When I do the Print Quality Diagnostic page, the Magenta column is Orange to(right) Milky Yellow and the Yellow column is Red to light Pink.
Have done all the cleaning and fixes, ans still no change.
Cartridge worked perfectly before re-fill.
Can anyone help this old (82) man? Please??

It would appear the magenta ink was over-filled, allowing the ink to mix into the yellow chamber. Alternately, if tape was reapplied to the nozzles after the refill ink can wick between chambers.
It may help to print a few pages of a large yellow block - depending on how long the inks were allowed to mix it may gradually recover the proper color. If the color does not return to normal after two full pages of yellow it is likely the magenta ink has worked its way into the yellow foam and irreversibly contaminated the cartridge. In that case you would need to either live with the incorrect colors or get a fresh cartridge.
By the way, when a cartridge is refilled it is no longer "a genuine HP cartridge".
