Product: HP Envy 7800 series
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

I've had "out of paper" error message when there is paper in the machine.  I've done some trouble shooting (youtube & HP manual) but still have this error message.  Has anyone else had this issue?  And how did you fix it?
